2003 Expedition DVD installation

I have a 2003 Ford Expedition that does not have a moonroof and I recently purchased a brand new Ford DVD system for the rear seats. When I received it the booklet says it is for Expeditions with a moonroof. Will it still work in the vehicle I have? I suspect that the mounting features are the same but I am not sure.
