Changed fuse box car want start

I changed the fuse box in my 733i and now the car want start. I do notice that gas comes through the exhaust pipe. Someone said that the plugs were being filed but could not tell me why the car wouldn't start. Has anyone had this problem and does anyone know what is wrong? My poor baby has been sitting for months.
