2003 Suburban-Dead Dashboard

I've got a strange problem I'm hoping someone can help with. My dummy gagues (speedo, tach, oil, voltage) have all gone dead. My digital display speedometer that tracks mileage and shows P, D, R, 2, 3, illuminates and is working properly, yet all my analog gauges are dead and stay on zero when the car is running and turned off.

I'm pretty clueless on electrical, but my father-in law suspects a blown fuse.
Where is the fuse box located on this thing?

Is this a good diagnosis?
