Sonar Angel Eyes

Hello
I'm new to this forum, I hope I've chosen an appropriate place to ask my question. I've put the same post on in two places because I've gotten lost here now!
I am looking to purchase a pair of Peugeot 206 Twin Chrome Projector Angel Eyes made by Sonar. They are cheap because the person selling them says that a bulb is not working in the driverside. This person cannot tell me whether I will be able to replace this bulb or where I would be able to purchase the bulb from. Is it possible for a headlight to be sealed? Surely this is just silly? Being a female of the species, I really need some guidance on this.

Can I sincerly say that I don't like tuning ? ;);) Keep your 206 in a good condition and when you'll have enough money, buy a 206 RC 180hp or at least a 206 S16 138hp, you'll have more fun than with these angel eyes.
