2000 windstar engine problems

Hello everyone,I have a 2000 ford windstar.Started having problems with it.Took it to a mechanic they plugged it up to a scanner.Two codes came back.Here they are po122,po353.Could any one please interpet in plain english what they mean. Thankyou.
