power steering pump

alright, so I have 98 c1500 with a 5.7L 350. So anyways now onto my problem, I just replaced my power steering pump due to what seemed like pressure issues. However it hasn\'t fixed the problem, now it isn\'t leaking fluid or anything it just seems like the power steering losses pressure every once in a while. This is what hadn\'t with my last pump and eventually it just went out. Do you have any ideas?
