couple of problems with 2002 grand am

well i have a 2002 grand am se 2.2 ecotec and i need a little help with some problems ive been having first off the instrument / ac heater lights/ gear shifter lights do not come on at all i've checked all the fuses they all are good. second my engine cooling fans do not come on i have to turn my ac on to turn the fans on. I've checked the relays for continuity they do have continuity .Any ideas what the problem could be ?
