I just put on some new plugs on my 2000 GA 2.4L. I am just reading now that I should have put Anti-Seize on the new plugs but I didn't. The old(factory) plugs was tight but came out no problem once I broke them free. What I'd like to know is, is it worth taking everything back apart just to put Anti-Seize on?

Not realy IMO.
Being that thier straight in the top its much easier to get them out.
With the V6 thier at a wierd angle, with little too no room to ratchet. :bloated:

Thx for the reply. This is the first time ever changing plugs and boots. I think I will buy some to keep in the tool box for next time around. I doubt GM used it from factory but could be wrong.
I knows it took some strength to break them loose and once they did they made sqeeking sounds the first few turns. I guess that is probably because the car has 145,000 and afaik has never seen them changed since I got it around 90,000 miles.

It's not uncommon that the factory plugs are ran up too 100K plus miles.
Not sure about the plugs you bought,
but AC Delco Iridiaums last between 80-100k miles.
They are pricey at $6 each

Yeah the guy at Advanced told me the ACDelco was factory but they was $6.xx a plug and I didn't want to spend quite that much. I was aiming for somewhere between the highest price and cheapest. I ended up going with Autolite Platinums which he said wasn't a bad spark plug. I asked him what he thought of Champion because they was about the same price and he said he wasn't a fan of them.
