01 blazer knocking

My o1 blazer 4dr has a knocking in the front suspension or body on the right side also a knocking in the rear also on the right side(almost sounds like exhaust hitting body) only does this on big bumps

It could be one of many things.
Best to get up on a hoist or good jack stands and have a look under there.
Also sometimes you can bounce it up and down and find the noise .
Can you feel it in steering wheel?
