performance help

I recently pruchased a 04 passat 2.8 glx. I was looking around the web and saw only a few performance parts for my year and model. What I was wondering was what if any are the companys dedicated to the vw passat. What i am looking to do is open her up a little bit. Possibly get rid of the first muffler. What ever I can do I just really do not want to void the warranty because I still have a lot of miles left on the warranty.
