Need OEM CD Player Head Unit

I just bought a '00 E46 320i. It's pretty basic, as evidenced by the OEM cassette player. Does anyone know where I can find an OEM head unit with CD Player? I found a few new ones on E-Bay, but am looking to compare prices.
