My 94 villager had it's battery arced bc of a loose ground to the engine block. After that the tranny stayed in high gear and quit shifting, and would sometimes decide it would shift hard once in a while. The O/D light wouldnt turn on or off and the computer then lost power so i replaced it. O/D turns on and off now but the tranny still wont shift. When i turn the key on the O/D light blinks meaning the computer has a fault code. Is there any way for me to retrieve it like retrieving the PCM fault codes with the check engine light? Does anyone know where to start? Thanks for your help. Im stuck?!

Yes there is a way to do that but you need to get a copy of the haynes manual in order to do it. Ask for a copy via email from the member who is offering free scans. Good luck. I would say you have a bad TPS sensor.

I Have a haynes manual.... it describes how to get the pcm fault codes but not the tcm.... that i could find at least. I'll look over it more closely again.
