Tanabe Springs with ??? shocks

ok, I'm looking at these springs for my ride
TANABE SUPER DOWN PRECEDEO
TANABE GRIP FEELING GF210

Question is, how would those do with a set of TOKICO HP SERIES BLUE NONADJUSTABLES?

Will that do for daily driving or would the springs be to much for the shocks? it would be helpful if someone knew the spring rates for the springs???
