need help with locking lub

my friend has a nissan s13 with locking lubs on his rims. and he lost the special lug. is there anyway or ideas to get it off of there? his tires flat and it needs to be replaced asap. trying to use home tools and such. no outside professional help. thank you

Yes, you need a thing called a stud remover. they're not cheap, but most tyre shops should have them, since it's not uncommon for people to lose the "key" socket.

basically, it just "cuts" into the nut, and works like a left-handed thread. as you turn to loosen the nut (anti-clockwise) the socket cuts and grips it.

expensive, i know. not many people have them. i'm getting them for rusted nuts/bolt and removing head studs on commercial diesel engines.
