Is this a good combo for me?

I have a 99 teg, rebuilt motor, only an exhaust tip so far. I am looking at different turbo applications and i stubbled upon this one. What do you guys think? I haven't gotten the price yet, i emailed about it today. I am not going to be racing a lot, I just want to be able to take a stock Mustang or two whenever one comes along and wants some. Would you guys suggest any changes?

This turbo says it produces 150+ HP, but on this web sites test integra, it only had 250HP running 3 psi boost. Would it gain much more HP running more boost?

the honda motors in general can only take about 6psi of boost. as 4 da package u r getting it is pretty good except try upgrading ur ignition wit a msd unit or sumthin cause honda's ingition sucks!
also if u turn up the boost 2 more then 3psi u shold make more hp
i think not 2 sure but 1psi=10hp in a non-worked motor.
