i've got a 95 dx. i know it redlines at 72000 rpm's, but i don't have a tach, and i was wondering how high it's reving at certain speeds. would anyone know how high it would be doing 20 in first gear, and forty in second? i was just wondering, thanks alot

I would guess you're at about 4,200 in 1st at 20 and probably about the same in 2nd at 40. Just a rough guess though.

My civic, very close to yours, redlines at 38/39 mph in 1st gear.

redline is 6800 on the DX. The EX/SI is 7200

Possible to get a tach on a 95 Civic because I would like one but I'm not much on it.

If you wanna know what you are revving at - spend $80-120 and get yourself an EX/SI cluster :smoka:
