ignition problems

My ignition on my 92 bonneville won't turn at all. It's stuck on lock, someone told me that I can unplug the security plug but I don't know where it is located at! Can some one please give me advise on what to do?:disappoin

Try turning the steering wheel as you try to rotate the key.
