93 ford ranger overheats

i just got a new radiator new hoses and a new waterpump,

i poured in 100percent water and drove my ranger up and down the hills for a bout 5 minutes with a 160 thermostat which is also new.

anyhow, after driving for about 7 minutes the temp guage started climbing all the way up to 3/4 hott and my FUEL PRESSURE guage went from normal to low.

I tryed like 3 times now and it does the same thing, the ranger doesnt run good when im driving it when it gets hott. it lacks power and sometimes turns off.
