I have a 2003 Chyrsler Town and Country with 51,000 miles. For the last two weeks it has been dying periodically when I slow down or come to a stop. It doesn't happen everyday or all the time, but it happened twice this morning. The automotive shop has looked at it twice and they cannot get it to "act Up" They have hooked it up to the diagnostic computer and nothing showed up. There is also no lights coming on the board.

Well I don't blame them if it's an intermittent problem but I would first test your alternator and accessory belt tension. You might be losing power as a result of the brake lights coming on either because your alternator isn't generating enough. That could happen if it's busted, or the belt is slipping and not letting it spin fast enough. Something like that wouldn't happen all the time, so it's a good place to start. Now if the car seems to shake when you're coming to a stop, I would check the EGR valve, although I don't know how to do that.

sometimes, if a pressure drops indside the FPR, then, at times the engine will cut off. Also, this wont show up on the board becuase the only injectors are checked.

misfires, sticking EGR, sticking TCC, sticking IAC....many things can cause it
WHens the last time you changed the plugs? I believe those are non-plat plugs stock. If you haven't done it yet, that would be the first thing I'd suggest
