I just made some blueberry pancakes, now I'm full. They were really good though. :)

Don't knock it till you've tried it. And yes, Australia does the lemon juice/sugar thing too. I think it's pretty universal.

We also do lemon and sugar here in the UK. Trust me, they're nice ;)
