Can anyone tell me the torque specs for the Rocker bolts and Intake manifold bolts? Also, should I use lock-tite on the Intake bolts, I noticed one was loose before I took it apart.
Great Appreciate your help.

Welcome to AF.
Your post has been moved to the regular part of the Grand Prix forum from Tips & Maintenance.
It would help to post what Grand Prix model and engine you have. The 3800 VIN "K" or 3.1L VIN "M"?
For a SII 3800 engine:
11 ft-lbs for LIM bolts. Yes, use the threadlocker on the bolts but make sure any old is removed first.
UIM bolts = 89 in-lbs.
Rocker arm torque is initially 11 ft-lbs plus an additional 90 degrees.

Thanks for the 3800 specs, but I have the 3.1 L. Do you have those specs?
