'05 Double Cab door panel removal

Hello All,
Brand spankin' new member with questions aplenty. So I just purchased a new stereo with speakers for my Tundra. The place where purchased installed the deck for free. They wanted $250 to install the speakers. I couldn't afford to pay for the installation, since it basically doubled the price of the deck itself. I am only replacing the 6 1/2" speakers in each of the doors with better speakers. I'd like to know if anyone knows how to remove the door panels without causing any unnecessary damage. Mine is an '05.
