Very strange brake problem 2001 safari

This one is a real challenge to all the experts in the forum!

Since last year I had the problem with ABS and brake light caused (probably by the ABS Module) to go "on and off" for no reason. They checked and cleaned the sonsors. In December 2006 the hydro booster was replace because of a leak, rotor and pads where also replaced. So far the hardware is not older than 6 month. Last Sunday my wife was pulling into a parking lot and all by a sudden the car stopped and would not move.

And now the strange story: Every time you turn the steering wheel (regardless left or right) the brakes kick in and blocks the car from driving!!!!

If you keep the steering wheel straight forward, the car will move a little (but you feel the brakes slowing the speed) and when you turn the steering wheel you hear the pumps working and the brake pedal becomes "hard". You hit easy the gas pedal and you feel the brakes doing their work.

At that time: Serpentine belt - OK, Fluid level - MC - OK, Fluid Level PS - OK.

The car was towed to the garage and they replaced the ABS module. NO result. They replaced the "new" Hydro Booster (Warranty) and on a test drive for 10 miles the problem occurred again - Brakes are blocking.

I am completely frustrated because this car made me so much trouble in the last 2 years and I will sell it after the problem is solved.

I even cannot blame the repair shop, because the fix my cars for many years and the have a great service, my trust and a good reputation.

Maybe this if is important: Last month the radiator was replaced. The power steering is leaking slightly, but no major loss of fluid, I am sick of another repair.
