01 Denali HID BALAST BAD ? and more HELP

:banghead: 1) Just bought the truck and the right light was messing up, took it to the shop and they rewired the HID kit and a day later the same light dint work. They finally concluded that the BALAST is gone bad. Its a 6000K kit and the part number from the balast is LVQ212 is what I need.
2) Also I need a right side mirror, its broken ( White colour )
3) I need the lid to one of the REAR cigarette lighter adapter. (visible from the back seat ).
