Help! Water Pump 93 Park Ave Ultra w/SC

I have all the bolts removed from my water pump except for one. It's on the end closest to the fire wall behind a pulley that's beneath the alternator. I removed the pulley, but the structure that the pulley was mounted to is partially blocking the removal of the bolt. This looks worse than trying to remove the bolts behind the motor mount bracket. I bought a Chiltons manual but it's useless.

Yeah, I downlaoded that info today. After looking at the problem again with fresh eyes today it looks like that's the route I'll have to take. Thanks for the help.
