Should be in your owners manual. IIRC, I use 80W90 in my front diff on my 90 K1500 (which is stock with 3.73 gears).

yeah i forgot to look there, it told me 80w-90 sound about right? And, what do you think would be a good gear oil , i was going to go with Royal Purpal but i dont know if it's worth it or am i going to just spend money for nothing.

80w-90 sounds right. Since the front diff is only used while in 4 wheel drive, I think any good 80w-90 will be fine.

Alright, Do you think for the Rear Should i go ahead and use a better oil, because to my noledge it has never once been changed, and im in the process of attempting to become the only owner to really take care of the truck correctly and just want to hit all the right spots to prevent anything from happeneing later on. So if i did that would the gear oil be the same 80-90W?
