2005 Engine Oil

I've been having my dealer change the oil at 5k. They alway use Citgo 5-30. I want to start doing my own changes but don't want to use Citgo. Can anyone recommend another brand? How about a heavier weight oil?
Has anyone found a replacement for the original Goodyear tires. At 16k miles they are showing considerable wear. I'd like to go to Michelins for the ride.

You may want to try Nippon Oil's ENEOS fully synthetic engine oils?
They just launched the 0W-20 and CVT fluid as well.
