Well after finding out that N/A 3000GT are worthless to make quicker unless you do forced induction which can cost up to 3-5 grand when everything is said and done, ive decided to do something a bit more cost effective, i was offered a full NX Wet Kit for $400, so i am taking it but my motor has 100k miles on it, but everything has been changed out spark plugs, timing belt, water pump, so why not right? Do you guys think it will be worth my while to do so, or i am going to be looking at a world of trouble... :banghead:

75 WET shot will be great! If you dont use the kit do you want to sell it?? I Know a guy out here that has a Base sohc with a 75 shot and he has never had problems

hm, im not really one to answer questions about nitrous, but If your not happy with the power it makes now, a 75shot probably wont solve your power cravings.

can you put nos on a vr4 w/ out reprocussions?

you can put it on any thing.. you just have to make sure you have the fuel to suport it.. a 50-75 shot isn't that big of a shot.. If you are running your vr4 at stock boost you should have no problems.. or if you have a fuel controller and injectors and pump them you can do it with higher boost settings...

nitrous is like a hot chick with std's.. you want to hit it but your scared of the out come..

make sure you have the stuff you need to protect yourself.. (fuel)

so, a 50-75 shot on Stock boost w/ stock setup is feasible? sweet... what happans if there isn't enough supporting fuel? jus boogs out, or knocks or what?

well.. yeah.. if it happends once.. you will "probably" be ok.. data log it.. (thats cheep and easy) but If you are running lean.. you will knock.. and melt pistons and stuff.. just not good..

I sure as hell wouldn't bet my motor on it. Our stock fuel is pretty pathetic.

Werd, it get extremely hot and they is a decient chance you will put a hole in the piston if it is running very lean.

Or like my Talon. Burnt valves and blown compression rings.
