How do you diagnose a vacuum leak?
I basically have a misfire on one cylinder (#6). I replaced and tested the injector, wire and plug and the scanner continues to indicate the same misfire problem in the same cylinder.

Please if you dont know what you are talking about then do not post.
As for the misfire it could be many things. Check the wiring going to the injector. They can crack and fail over time from heat in the engine bay. A vac leak would affect the entire engine, and not just one cylinder.
