Accelerator sticks after throttlebody clean

In my 99 toyota accelerator sticks even after throttlebody clean twice. What should I do? This is a used car I bought 3 months ago. Already paid a mechanic $30 for cleaning throttle body twice.

check the cable, that would of been the 1st thing i would of done before even looking at the throttle body.
