03 Headlight problems

I got an 03 cvpi about a month ago. Three weeks ago the headlights stopped working. The cop who removed the equipment stopped but can't rember everything that he cut. I tried a new multi function switch and lcm. I have driver's side low beam, passenger side high beam, and on flash to pass both high beams. Is there a factory wig wag mode or has anyone else encountered this problem? any help would be useful.

pull the cover that goes over the radiator and head lights and look down on the right hand side on the crossmember there is a white plug that should have a short wore looped back into itself. (jumper plug) if that is there if not you can cut the plug off and wire the 2 wires together.I would check the wires in the passanger side lights. also check the wiring harness under the right front bumper we have had them rub against the the bumper brace and break the wire. usually the factory head light flasher module is up near the fuse box under the hood
