can I just get the Bulbs or do I have to get like the whole HID system?

I had these on my IC.
you need the Ballasts and the bulbs unless you want to go for the ricer blue blubs.
The proper set up will cost you about $320 and it takes about 15 mins to set up on a car with the american Elipsoliods.
I can get you the stuff from germany if you want....e amil me....
I used E39 "equipment" the hella balasts and phillips 4200K bulbs
