Fixing pop up head lights where to start?

:grinyes:I'v looked over some past forms and have gotten a good idea of where i need to go to fix my head lights but where do i start to remove the passenger kicker pannel? and what do the two plugs look like? also can i reset the computer by simply disconecting the battery? and if so what is the diffrence between disconecting the battery and having a dead battery?:frown:
