Run the belt that the head came from on the motor and yes a d16 water pump will work with the sohc zc.....goodnight

new ones cause sohc ones wont work and have to get them all from a z6 head cause the y8 bolts will all work but 1 or 2 by the vtec solenoid cause the y8 bolts are long enough....best of wishes

ok so i havent been able to find any info on this vtec controller so i have decided to look for other was of hooking it up. most people suggest using the ecu to control vtec but im not looking to spend the money to convert to obd1. so im curious if anybody know where i can get a chip for my pm6 to run vtec. my ecu is allready socketed and chipped so i was wondering if i can just pop a new one in. then that brings up the wiring quesions. but for know just wondering about finding a chip or something like that. thanks again
