Computer woes on AF

I've been trying to get through AF since this morning...server is busy:(
I hope there's light at the end of the tunnel...I hate missing out on flaming newbies, jk...Seriously, AF forum is too good to miss because of server issues. Just my input.

For real, this server sucks ass.

Yea, it gets kind of annoying sometimes. But hopefully this next server upgrade will help out a lot.

i'm glad to see other people are having troubles connecting to this place too. cause almost everytime i try to get on here it says that the server is too busy and that just pisses me off. i hope what you're saying about a server upgrade works, cause that would be really nice.

yea imagine the world with a good server...the only times i can get on is like at 12 midnight or mid afternoon, dinner time is just a joke

we just talked about this last week....

kris made a really good suggestion...to block all the "guests" since they always outnumber the members checking out the forums. it doesn't hurt bandwidth for them to sign up and then just disappear if they don't like it. but it does hurt having a revolving door of guests. hopefully he wil reply with an update to the situation :)

We're trying to work on a way to block guests, but allow search engines to access info. That's the down side to just straight up blocking un registered people.

Unfortunatly, it will still be a bit before the upgrade can be complete. I know it sounds bad, and trust me, I get just as frustrated, if not more. But believe me, it is being worked on.
