firing problem with my 90 protege DOHC

i just bought this car and i've been trying to get it running...it's only firing on two cylinders...i've changed plugs, wires, cap, rotor, dist., timing,ignition module, etc. The PCM is about the only thing i haven't changed yet... had anyone had a problem like this before or had a PCM go out and could give me some advice
