Have your say on what wheels look best. I think the aftermarket ones in pic 2 look the best....or do you think i should keep the factory ones on it.
As you can see it;'s not to far away from being finished:)

I don't think Altezza's come from the factory with those wheels :p
But I like the first choice way better than the second :D

here's a suggestion, factory wheels (1st set) but painted TS-42, or better yet volk racing rims TE37 painted semi-gloss black or white! :D

2nd choice.

The factory wheels look more racy. The modelart wheels look way too VIP for a race car in my opinion

Refinish the 1st pic rims and use those! The 2nd pic wheels look more like part of an "ethnic-enhancement-package"!!:D

Dude,
I suggest you use neither of the two! :eek:
I think the rims that you weren't supposed to get w/ your Fujimi EvoVII (the 18" Enkei's) would look best here.
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/t71580.html
Paint them w/ metalizer silver or gun metal. Now we're talking. :D

as i said before, the real version of that race car has the 1st set on it, but they're painted black (TS-19). i would say to go with that. black wheels on a yellow car looks awesome, i would know (my C-West FD is chrome yellow with black Advan's). the second ones, although they may fill the arches better, are way too chromey and flashy and VIP for a real drift competition car and completely ruin the whole "look" going on with that car. so use the first wheels, painted TS-19.:D :D

It depends on what kind of look you want for the car.
Race = Stock
Show = Aftermarket.

Neither one! You're killing the "gotcha" factor that the car otherwise has!:rolleyes:

Whew. I guess I'm not the only one who thinks neither wheel is working on this particular car.
Stock rims are too small-sadly Fujimi doesn't do proper rim sizes on stock models any more. The others just don't fit the character. Just because they're big, doesn't mean they're better...or the best. I'm sure you have something that will work. 5 spokes are probably the way to go.

Found some pics...
The car that's got the same scheme as yours is white and has black wheels, then I also found a different yellow car, and it's got red wheels...
So was that car supposed to be yellow, or have a different yellow partner, or did Fujimi screw up again? :rolleyes:

agreed! i think Fujimi did screw up a bit. they simply mixed up which decal package goes with which color scheme. it doesn't really matter in the long run.

They both suit the shape of the car better than the other rims. I'm not wild about black rims, but on a race car they do have purpose. I'd probably choose the 5 spoke rims.

To me the six spokes win hands down.
I agree about them not being black! Dark silver would be much better, kinda like the Skylines we did!

Gotta go with Guiddy on this one, the 6-spoke wheels are the ones! The width of the spokes compliment the body proportions extremely well. And paint them dark silver or dark gold!!

I think either the 5 spoke or TE37s, leaning more towards TE37s since there are already Ray's Enigineering graphics on the car. And I would keep them white. Give it that nice racer look!

man, just display the damn car without rims, that will be the easiest. j/k:D
I would go for the te-37's in a mix of gunmetal and silver, have you seen the recent issue of superstreet? ON the cover there's a jgts mr-s with te-37's painted a very nice color
