96 tbird upper door hinge replacement

My drivers side door is sagging and I have purchased a new replacement hinge but I'm not sure ow to get it off properly ... Theres 4 bolts and 1 stud on the hinge and i cannot see how to remove the stud on it.

any help is appreciated

you have to get under the dash to get that hinge off.

Remove the kick panel to get to the nut on the stud.
