seat belt guide

I have a 2005 Chrysler Sebring Convertible that has a tear in the drivers side seat on the back just below where the seat belt comes out of the back of the seat.
I need to remove the plastic guide so that the seat can be reparied.
Doea anyone know a trick for removing the guide without breaking it and for re-installing it?
