New Suspension problem

I had a garage to replace 2 rear shocks, 2 front struts, 2 shock mounts, 2 front strut mounts, 2 rear spring coils, 2 front spring coils. So, I go to another shop for alignment but after the car pulls to the right, not to strong but I have to keep the wheel steady not to cross into another lane now. I go back, they redo the alignment, show me a computer print out where everything is green and in specs. Still, pulls to the right in a similar fashion.
Any thoughts? My garage says it could be rock and pinion... My mechanic friend says to try to change tires first. Don't know. Need advice.

Ok heres a trick that mechanics do ALL the time. I know, I use to do this. (SORRY) when you run an aligner for a vehicle you get to know little tricks on how to manipulate the system and some mechanics will get it close and then reset all the settings to make it look like its all green when actually it NOT BY ANY MEANS, (usually their boss dosen't even know they do this). The thing is alot of mechanics dont want to actually readjust the REALLY HARD parts on your front suspension and they just skip it. See the strut mounts and front rack are REALLY hard to get exact so they just say screw it and dont do it, heres how you fix this problem. As a consumer you have every right to watch what they do on your vehicle and ask questions no matter how annoying it might seem. Read up on what does what under a vehicle, even get under there and get your hands dirty (with the permission of the owner of the dealership, spend the money on a good dealership your pocket will thank you) and watch very closely there are four main parts they will pay attention too. 1. Under your hood is the strut mount, its adjust caster, and camber. 2 Where your tire bolts to your vehicle is a outer tie rod end, this almost ALWAYS HAS TO BE ADJUSTED, pay close attention he or she will have to losen this and turn it to adjust toe. MORE THAN LIKELY THIS IS WHAT IS THE PROBLEM since you said it pulls slightly. 3 Now in the center of your vehicle underneath is the inner tie rod end this as you might assume connects to your outer tie rod end they might adjust this but it's a slight possibility. 4 Going back to the top again the strut tower is the main culprit mechanics HATE to mess with this it takes forever to get right but is very fundamental to the operation. And lastly when you go into a dealership tell them the last alignment shop tried to do it but did (as described) above AND you want it done to ABSOLUTE SPECIFICATIONS meaning so that it rolls down the road like a smooth babies BUTT.
