random electrical issues

i am having random electrical issues in my car lately

the first one i noticed is that the cruise doesnt work
it might be the computer, but i have a feeling it is related to the other problems
the next one is that the radio will randomly cut out for about half a second.
there is not real pattern here, it just cuts out and back on
the third issue is that the "door open lights" will come on when the door is shut and i am driving down the road.
the fourth issue is that the key buzzer/headlight buzzer will sometimes not work
fifth issue is that the fasten seatbelts light rarely goes out. seatbelts on or off... it doesnt matter.

is it possible that they are all related to some ground issue or something, or do i have 5 seperate distinct issues on my hands

My seatbelt light acts really funky too sometimes, i still dont understand how its controlled.

as i understand, there is a connection that is made when you plug the seatbelt into the latch.
it connects a ground or whatever, and the light goes out.

I had a bad connection once, he tried to sell me a bag of oregano.

mine, when it wants to work properly, comes on for about five seconds when the key is first turned then dims out, reguardless if the seatbelt is connected or not. i think mine anyway is on some type of timer or something inside the ignition switch maybe.
