Could someone please help. Truly, it's not for me but a friend :)....Today she was driving in a 50k zone and indicated to turn right and someone rammed into the rear of her car, a right mess made of it!. A teenage girl was driving whom she knew and was told that she couldn't see the indicator for the sun. Anyway the girls dad has now contacted her and has said for her insurance agent to contact his insurer. But my friend doesn't have insurance. What should she do? It's not her fault.

Ouch. Not a situation I would like to be in.
Best contact a lawyer and see what they have to say, because that is propbably where the whole thing will end up:(

Well, if she has insurance, then most of the time, the person who got hit in the back isn't found at fault.
