OBD II (2) Drive cycle

Does someone know the "OBD 2 Drive cycle" for the Alero 2000 2.4L ??

I found a generic set of instructions online, but the Code reader Manual says that I must use the drive cycle insturctions for my paticular vehicle.

It is likely that you have already completed the whole cycle in yor normal driving.
