2001 ram 4x4 noise

I have a 2001 1500 ram, when i'm in 4 wheel high or low and turn the wheels either way theres a noise kinda sounds like a squek, it goes with rotation, faster i go faster the sound. Doesn't seem to do it when driving straight could just be that its not as loud, and doesn't do it in 2 wheel that I ever hear.
Any ideas on what would cause this would be great, Thanks

if the rubber boot is off the cv axle, they dont last long

now that i put more thought into it, i have a solid front axle on the truck so i believe that means no cv joints and ish, just some u joints

well i finally laid under the truck and checked it out, turns out my passenger front u-joint was fucked, took it to the shop and its all good now.
