My Radio is Busted

My radio was working for a while, but my friends would turn up the radio when we were cruising. One of my better knowledgable friends said that the fuse probably burnt out, but he tried to replace the fuses with the spare ones that came from the truck, It still won't turn on. Do you think the replacement fuses are bad? Do you think there's something wrong with the internal fuse? (ie radio's busted)

Here's what happened, all of a sudden, I try to turn it on one morning and it's dead.

is it a stock head unit or an aftermarket one. and which fuse did you check.
