clicking noise

Just recently there is a clicking noise coming from the front passenger side wheel. If i go over a bump, big or small (doesnt matter how fast im going) it makes a clicking sound. I took the tire off but couldnt see anything out of the ordinary. Any suggestions? It almost sounds as if theres something loose, and its bouncing around when i hit a bump and making that noise.

Clicking may indicate a wheel hub/ABS sensor problem. Do you have an ABS or trac-off light on?

i dont have abs. The wheel has the sensor and the plug, but i dont have the abs module.

clinking noise? when you make a turn, does it happen as well?

no its not the weight. it sounds more like something rattling around when you hit a bump, sounds like metal on metal though. And no it doesnt happen when turning. this confuses me very much, what could it be =S its getting pretty annoying.

do you hear it in the rear. if you do, it could be a bad stableizer bar bushing.

I had this problem with my 2000 and it was a front wheel bearing...it got louder and more often as time went on until I replaced the HUB.
