98 GTP - Motor Mount

I made some progress on my GTP project. I found the #6 bolt after removing the differential bracket located on the back side of the motor and pulled the motor. As I was cleaning the engine compartment and the gunk came off the motor mount; I found it, well-deformed and cracked. See photo. What causes the mount to form like that ? Motor torque?? :dunno:

Any suggestions where to buy a motor mount? OEM or Aftermarket?

Normal wear and tear from use will cause this problem. If you can find urethane mounts they will hold up the best. You might want to try ZZperformance as they may have them.
