This may be a dumb question but ive been searching the net for a while now and have come up empty on finding a used Evo within my price range (16,000 dollars and under) what are the odds on me finding one for this price?

I've seen some that low, usually 2003's with very high milage..

The simple answer is that any Evo you find for $16,000 will be needing more than $16,000 spent on it in the very near future in order to keep it on the road and performing somewhere near its spec.
