I have a 1994 Nissan p/u. 190,000 on the engine, thing runs awesome. But my frame is getting really bad as far as rust holes and key stress points. Is there any thing that I can do to stop the rusting, and repair it? I love my truck, and I will do anything to keep it from breaking in to two piece's while driving down the road. lol

the hb truck was introduced as a tough little truck .
but after 90 they made the truck lighter and started using the ka engine.

so after 90 the frame rust out a lot faster than the previous.imo.

so find a pre 90's truck and bring over your engine and trans or sell your parts and buy yourself a 86.5 to 89 nissan truck .
if you like the z motor keep it if not put your ka in..

btw my z24 engine has over 500 k miles and it it is an 87 hb..
