please help 95 caddy eldorado dash issue

I have a cadilac eldorado 95 when i start the car the digital dash would randomly reset itself the heat would start blowing and climate temp would along with every thing else would just blink on and off . the speedometer is not digital but it would just go heywire any idea what this could be? other then that the car runs fine

Check the condition and cleanliness of the battery cables at both ends as well as inspecting the cables for corrosion under the insulation. Test the battery voltage.
